What We Do

In 2009, Digirank launched offering just PPC and SEO services. Today, we offer a much broader range of digital services – SEO, PPC, Content, Display, Social, Online PR and User Experience.

We specialise in working with businesses who feel stuck and frustrated through lack of growth and are hungry to propel their business forward. They often require a completely fresh approach to their digital strategy to identify ways in which they can expand their share of existing markets or appeal to a new audience.

When we start working with clients, the first thing we do is spend time with them to understand the business and their industry. We work closely with our clients, challenging their existing thinking and exploring new and creative ways to connect with appropriate audiences. We continually review the business development strategy to maximise long-term success.

Once we have a really clear understanding of our client and their goals, we develop a fully bespoke digital marketing strategy to help them achieve the campaign objectives. We use a range of techniques, from paid search advertising to content marketing and website optimisation (SEO) to ensure that the business achieves their business growth targets.

Our team combine their expertise of digital marketing with our client’s knowledge of their business and industry. The team work as a part of the client’s business and are truly invested in generating significant results.

In 2016, we were awarded Google Premier Partner status, only given to Google’s most valued agencies who manage large media budgets and have generated substantial client revenue growth.

After 13 years in London (Monster, Thomson Holidays), Nicola founded Digirank in 2009 and has gone on to build a successful, growing agency which offers a bespoke online marketing service for local and national clients.

Nicola is focused on finding and partnering with ambitious clients to help maximise their potential online. Nicola will be one of the first points of contact for any new client, as she and her team will spend time with you getting to know your business. She takes an active, ongoing role in all client strategies, leading an expert team to deliver effective client campaigns.

Nicola is a northerner who’s happily adopted Bristol as her home. She loves Bristol for its beautiful architecture, and its proximity to the beautiful Cotswold’s countryside, the Big Smoke and the coast.

Karen has over 9 years of marketing experience as well as a Marketing and French degree.

Karen enjoys applying traditional marketing and consumer behaviour theories to the online world.

She loves meeting with businesses and really getting to know businesses and their goals. When she has a good understanding of a business Karen continuously thinks of unique and innovative ways to help businesses grow and flourish online. She creates dynamic online marketing strategies to achieve the best possible results for Digirank’s clients, making them money and keeping them happy.

Karen loves the innovative and entrepreneurial side of Bristol. She loves the experiences different areas of Bristol and you will often find her exploring Bristol in her running shoes or relaxing in a local café.

With a background in journalism, copywriting and a passion for all things digital, Tom loves how creative content can have genuine impact online. He specialises in delivering innovative strategies to empower businesses online and communicate their brand personality in original ways.

Tom will help strategise, plan and deliver great content to the audiences that matter to client’s businesses. He also works on the technical SEO and optimisation of sites to ensure they provide the best possible platform for a digital marketing campaign. Success for Tom is all about seeing strategic and highly creative content connecting with people and getting real-life results for his clients.

As a live music fanatic, Tom is very much at home in Bristol and enjoys the many amazing independent venues and shops. You can find him at gigs across the city and hunting out kitsch in dark and dusty corners.

Hannah brings together 5 year’s of PPC experience along with a genuine passion for content that developed during her Journalism Degree. Hannah also completed Google’s specialised digital marketing qualification, ‘Squared’ in 2013. She relishes the challenge of making content exciting, even if the subject’s not immediately interesting.

Hannah enjoys being creative with content and then analytical, technical and fast-paced with PPC. She loves combining online marketing techniques in order to get the best overall results for the client. Hannah takes great pleasure in reporting successes to clients, knowing how her work can so heavily benefit their entire business.

Bristol provides numerous opportunities for Hannah to dig around in charity shops making for many a wonderful weekend. All of her favourite clothes are pre-loved.

Claire brings 5 years of marketing experience as well as a serious writing habit to the Digirank team. She has extensive E-commerce experience as well as a Masters in Professional Writing.

Claire loves seeing campaigns deliver, whether it’s an email push or a social strategy. Most of all she enjoys seeing the way a great piece of content can bring out the personality of a brand and deliver real-world benefits to a business at the same time.

A Bristolian born and bred, Claire loves everything it has to offer, especially around the waterfront. You are most likely to find her sampling a good coffee with her nose in a book.

Vicky brings six years of digital marketing experience across B2B and B2C to the Digirank team. Having previously worked client side, she is relishing the opportunity to bring her insights to a whole range of clients.

Vicky is all about outside of the box thinking and unlocking new opportunities for clients. This can be through the creation of compelling content to delivering community engagement across a wide range of industries. She is also experienced in project management. She enjoys seeing a project through from conception to final launch campaigns, utilising content, PPC, social media, influencer marketing, and PR along the way.

Having recently moved to Bristol from South Wales, Vicky is loving being in a foodie city and checking out the live music scene. You are most likely to find her at the gym or exploring the quirky Southville sidestreets.

Tommy specialises in Paid Search and Biddable Media, bringing a wealth of experience of both B2B and B2C clients across a wide range of industries. He has a particular interest in AdWords and Bing, and loves maximising client ROI.

When it comes to accounts and campaigns, Tommy expertly tailors them to meet his client’s specific needs. He ensures that only the right customers at the right time are being served ads. Tommy then likes nothing more than getting analytical, making sure that the campaigns are running as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible to ensure continual growth and development.

After living and working in places as diverse as Poland and New Zealand, Tommy has crossed the border to Bristol from Wales. Although Bristol’s restaurant and cafe scene help keep his food-greedy nature satisfied, you are most likely to find Tommy at home experimenting with the creation of new dishes.

Five and a half years after Digirank was born, we started to feel as though we were outgrowing our identity. Developments in the industry and the fact that our team had grown meant that we were no longer the company that we started as!

We’d grown up. We’d worked out what it is that we’re really good at!

So after a few months of strategy sessions, tricky questions and lots of brain power, we eventually defined what Digirank meant to us. These thoughts turned into words and images which fed into the designs for our new logo and website.
